What kind of product do you sell?

We have a complete range of household items, with more than nine main categories and over ten thousand products. Which include Grocery, Clothing, Personal Care, Baby Products, Instant Foods, Drinks, Dairy, Home Care and much more.

Which cities and areas are your services available?

Imarkplace.com is currently operating in majority of the locations in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Faisalabad. Please check with our team if we deliver at your location. You can reach out us via the live chat option on our app and website.

What is the minimum order value?

In an attempt to make your experience easy and pleasant, we have made sure to not have any minimum order limit. Meaning, you can order anything from a pack of chips to your monthly groceries, all from the comfort of your home.

How will I know if any item in my order is not available?

We try to keep our inventory updated but in case something you ordered becomes unavailable, our customer experience representative will give you a call with a list of replacements. If you decide to remove the product entirely, adjustments will be made to your order and bill accordingly. In case our agent isn't able to reach you we will send you the replacement, which you can accept or reject at the time of delivery.

What is your cancellation policy?

Imarkplace.com provides an easy and hassle free cancellation. You can cancel your order at any time before the order has been dispatched. If you are dissatisfied with any product received, you can return it for a refund or ask for a replacement at the time of delivery.

How can I cancel my order?

What if the delivered product is defective?

We do our best to get you your orders in the safest packaging and without any mishaps, but in case you are unhappy with any product received, we have a hassle free return policy for our customers. Simply reach out to our Customer Experience Team and they will coordinate with you for return/replacement. Note: Returns and replacements are only possible within 24 hours of delivery, please keep the product with you unless asked otherwise.

What are the payment channels available at imarkplace?

We accept multiple payment channels for your convenience. You can make payments through Jazzcash, Paypro, Payfast, Cash on Delivery, and Credit/Debit cards. Please note that we do not accept personal checks or money orders.

Modification of Terms:

Imarkplace may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the revised terms on the Imarkplace website. Your continued use of Imarkplace constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

How will I get a refund if something goes wrong?

If you face an issue with your order and a refund is to be provided, we will simply update your app wallet with the amount within 24-48 hours.
