RETURNS POLICIES

• 1. For issues related to electronic appliances & mobile phones after usage or after the return policy period, please check if the product is under seller or brand warranty.
• 2. We do accept change of mind but only for selected categories
• 3. If your product is defective, incorrect, incomplete damaged at the time of delivery, please submit a return request on IMarkplace's website. (Return request must be made within 7 days from the delivery date).

THE BASIS FOR A RETURN

• 1. In case the delivered product is physically damaged (i.e., broken or destroyed on arrival) or the piece is defective (i.e., fails to turn on or switch on)
• 2. Product is not what your ordered, i.e., wrong product/ color/size/, fake item, or expired. If the delivered item is incomplete, i.e., it has missing pieces or accessories
• 3. If the delivered product fails to match with the provided product description or displayed picture(s)

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS

• 1. The product must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and should be in original condition. Products related to fashion may be worn or tried to check the fit, which will still be considered unworn.
• 2. The item must have the manual, warranty, or card, all the original tags, free gifts, accessories, invoices, and other items delivered along with the delivery package
• 3. You must return the item in the same package (i.e., Flyer, box, etc.) with the original product(s)

NOTE

• It is essential to mention the Order Number and Return Tracking Number (RTN) on your return package to avoid any hassle or inconvenience in the return procedure.
• If your product fails to match the above criteria, we possess the permit to reject or delay the request for a refund.
• In case your return request gets rejected, the package will be delivered back to you within 6-8 days. After 3 failed deliveries, the item will automatically be sent to scrap, and no refund will be provided
