Return & Exchange Policy

At iMark, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for our customers. If you need to return or exchange an item, our policy is designed to make the process convenient and hassle-free.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

To facilitate returns or exchanges, we kindly ask that:

  • Items are sent back within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items are returned in their original packaging to ensure safe handling.

Items Not Eligible for Return & Exchange

Some products fall under non-returnable categories, including:

  • Personalized or customized items made exclusively for you.
  • Intimate apparel (such as swimwear and lingerie) due to hygiene considerations.
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If you wish to return or exchange an item, simply:

  • Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  • Provide your order details along with the reason for return or exchange.
  • Our team will guide you through the next steps, including the return address and any necessary forms.

Packaging & Shipping

  • Items should be securely packed in their original packaging or a suitable alternative.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error or a product issue from our side.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the parcel reaches us safely.

Processing & Refunds

  • Once received, returned items go through a quality check to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
  • Approved returns are processed within 13-15 business days.
  • Refunds are issued in the form of store credit or as a reversal to the original payment method, as applicable.

Refund Details

  • Any applied discounts or promotional offers will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is requested for orders paid via 2CO/Stripe/Paymob without an issue on our end, a 5% service fee may apply.
  • Store credit, once issued, is non-reversible and can be used for future purchases.
