Wash hands and unwrap a pad.

Peel off the adhesive layer and place centrally on clean, dry underwear.

Secure wings around underwear sides.

Replace every 4–6 hours, up to 8 hours if flow is light.

Dispose correctly in a bin—never flush.

Store unused packs in a cool, dry place.
